Feet became 1 size larger!
I am 4 months post c-section and my wedding ring doesn’t fit still, and most of my shoes don’t fit either. I have become one size bigger! Anyone else like this? Is it permanent? Thanks !!!

Unfortunately yes 🥲 with my 1st pregnancy I went from a size 4 to 5, even when I lost all the weight my feet stayed a size 5
Oh oh! So what do we do with all our shoes? I have sooo many 🤣
Happened to my mum. Apparently due to your ligaments stretching. Was also permanent.
Same here - went from a definite, reliable size 5 to size 6 🥲
Same here! 4 months in and my ring still doesn’t fit. Not sure at what point to wait until before getting it re-sized. Feet grew too, but this one I expected because my mom went up a half size permanently. So shoes I have already begun replacing.
I told myself to give it 6 months and then re-size it… let’s see!
Yep my feet got bigger too. Lost the weight, smaller than I was before the baby but feet stayed the same size. 😆
Could be. I only went up half a size but it went down a couple months PP. my bestie went from a 7 to 8 permanently she has to get new sneakers. Most of mine are heels or wedges and they are adjustable and can accommodate half a size bigger i don’t wear sneakers so luckily for me I didn’t get new shoes
