I offered Advil Tylenol with 4 hours gap

Broken sleep in the night, since yesterday refusing food

Are her hands and feet bumpy and blistering?

Try cold foods to help soothe her mouth like popsicles/ frozen yogurts. If she’s itchy the aveeno oatmeal bath really helps soothing the bumps on the hands and feet
