If he has no contact with your child then no he doesn’t need to know and child maintenance won’t tell

I take him to see him one day a week at a play centre had won't look after him on his own as says to emotionally attached to me and I'm only 1 with a car , he don't have him at location he lives and he he don't come to my current place with my parents
Just don't want him to know as he still interested in me and I'm not at all he drives motorbike and In past drove passed to make short we was home so don't want him driving around knowing we on how own
