Feeling unwell on a night
Is anyone else feeling unwell mostly on a night?
Most nights I feel sick and absolutely exhausted. I'm unsure if it's purely due to being so tired, if it's normal or something I may need to discuss with the GP.
I'm 4 PP and my LG is formula fed and usually sleeps through until 4/5am so surely I shouldn't be so tired

My LB sleeps through the night from 6pm til around 6am. (Last two nights he has woken for a feed though. But even before this i was exhausted and wake up feeling sick. For me I think its tiredness as even though toddler and baby sleep well, I'm still up in the night, especially when he moves. He also is in a stage where he doesnt fully wake but wants his dummy back in between 4am and 6am.
If you're unsure or just want an opinion I would check in with the GP. X
Yes I feel the same despite my LG sleeping through as well. My iron was low but the tablets made me feel worse with tummy problems. Sorry not any advice but feeling the same 😕
