Yes me. It’s the worst thing when you can’t walk 😔😔😔 spoke to my midwife an said to use paracetamol for the pain. X it comes and goes. I was in bed for two days yesterday. Struggling to even stand xx

Mine is shocking, had to finish work. Some days can hardly walk! Turning over in bed is such an effort
I have got a support belt (i got babygo) which does help during day x

Yeah, I have a support belt and the midwife referred me for physio x

Yes, didnt have it with 1st baby but this time round I have. I see the physio after being referred & I have a PGP specific pregnancy band which is fab!

Yeah mine flared up yesterday, bent down and haven't been able to move properly since. Ive done a referral to physio but yeah atm im crawling around. Hot water bottle on back. Baths. In absolute agony

Yeah I am in tears some days!! I also have the baby go band and physio tomorrow to get it looked at! I cannot believe the pain- thought it was contractions at one point!! I also get sciatica at the same time!! 🤦🏼‍♀️

I've had it on this one since I was 15 weeks, midwife referred.ke for physio who put me in hydrotherapy which has helped me loads, highly recommend it
