Milk transition

I’ve been doing the same as Jodie!
I’d do the change gradually as it can upset their stomachs doing a straight swap!

We did a bottle of cows milk a day when she was 9/10 months and when my health visitor came round at 11 months she told me once she finished the tub of formula to go straight onto cows milk xx

Do you have to wait a month or two? Like for example the month the milk finishes ?x

We started a couple of weeks before her 1st birthday. We just went cold turkey with formula and went straight to blue top cows milk x

What milk would you recommend to start with? Goat or cow?

I waited till all my formula was finished. Literally like 3days after her birthday and just when straight to cows milk. She actually really likes it and drinks more milk than when it was formula

Used up last tin of formula a few days after he turned one then moved on to blue top cow’s milk. Was using Arla whole Big milk the one with added vitamins last week cause the vitamins we had that I was betting on using had expired and I am currently away from my nearest hub to collect some more

I tried the ratio guys, he isn’t collecting it. In fact he has completely refused to take the bottle, tried cerelac outright refused that. He isn’t eating any food at all well except breast milk. Tried everything I can, What do I do? Is it okay to inform the health visitor? As I am so lost and confused.

What ratio did you do? Sometimes it needs to be really gradual like 30ml at a time (that’s what we did)
