We’ve just been through Covid as a family and it’s been a week from hell 😢 sorry you’re feeling poorly too. We are very low/no screen time in our house normally, but unfortunately we had to rely on it quite a bit just to survive the days and allow us both to rest. Open ended play as well, things like kinetic sand or play dough etc if you have any have helped and kept him entertained too. The little dish toddler ready meals are healthy and quick and easy if you can get a friend to drop some off

Biggest advice I’d say is take turns in resting/napping. When your toddler naps both of you have a nap as well. Plenty of hydration for you both and if you need to use screen time and let your toddler eat snacks then don’t feel guilty about it x
Thank you both. We are having to take turns to run to the bathroom. Im actually scared for how we will manage feeding her proper meals 😭

Literally the worst, we’ve had it a couple of times and it is turn taking. Also use as much screen time and things that need low input from you as necessary as it’s about survival!
If you can do a same day delivery, get yourselves some hydrating salts or anything you think you can stomach when the time comes. I’ll get lucozade and digestive biscuits. As Harriet said, little dishes are great for meals for your little one that you can just heat up x

This was us a few weeks back. Firstly stay as hydrated as you can to avoid dehydration/electrolyte imbalance (I ended up in hospital for 2 days). Lucazade, dioralyte, even a pinch of sea salt in a glass of water.
Screen time will be your best friend, don’t feel guilty about it, you’re both unwell. If you are able to tag team, take turns to nap then try to do that. Set up a comfy spot on the sofa (or floor) so you can lay down. We relied on a quick online food order, multipacks of lucazades, and as per the above comments, Little Dishes - so easy to heat up and lots of easy snacks for our little one. It’s hard I do feel for you 😩
