Born on 19th Aug via planned c section my baby girl IQRA is here.
Had such a crazy pregnancy -Hyperemesis,influenza b,acidity,braxton hicks,pelvic pain and what not !!
So blessed to see my baby happy and healthy.

Anxious/depressed

My first pregnancy symptom was my anxiety out of nowhere. I feel like I'm a bundle of nerves and just so scared of everything. Is anyone else feeling similar? How are you managing? Are we contributing it to hormones?

Anxiety after birth

Amy mamas experience anxiety after birth gave birth yesterday March 18 and I am having an anxiety attack now out of nowhere it’s currently 11p.m hubby is asleep and I am feeding baby.😩
