I used Ella's Kitchen

Solid starts can still be mostly used without a subscription, you can see each food and how it can be prepared you just can't log anything

yeah I kind of want to log things so I can remember what she’s had 🤣

Hey, if it's mainly for logging things, you could use the free version of huckleberry. It lets you add what foods, time of day and a little like/dislike emoji. You can also add notes about allergens.
I use the free bit of solid starts to get the info on how to serve and then log food in huckleberry.

We got a free chart from Ella's kitchen I think. Sign up on their website and you get a few vouchers and a chart. It let's you tick off some of the key things and how many times they've had them. I found it useful for ideas as well. Or etsy probabaly has loads of printables more targeted at BLW

You can use solid starts without paying. Their Instagram can also be helpful.
I just google most stuff haha I’ve also bought 2 different books
