Which tests to ask GP for?

Hello we are currently Ttc for our 2nd baby. It took just under a year to conceive with our first and during pregnancy I found out I have a sub septate uterus which can contribute to making conceiving difficult.
I am now 37 and now on month 7 of trying. I have an appointment with my GP next week. Looking for advice on which tests I should be asking for and where to start? Thanks
