My little one has a very sore bum, our health visitor recommended Vaseline but whilst it went down a little it’s not shifting.
I’ve tried sudacrem and wondered if anyone has found a good happy cream they can recommend? It looks so painful :-(
Thank you in advance x

The weleda nappy cream is great x

Im childs farm nappy cream. With my first one I used corn flour and it was very effective

Flo and Fred nappy rash cream is also good. Sudacrem just don’t work for my baby.

We’ve tried almost everything and have settled on calendula. It’s really nourishing and really helps prevent the rashes. But it might be worth going to the dr as your LO might need some anti-fungal or anti-bacterial cream to help it heal initially. But for day to day I’d defo recommend calendula!

Drapoline :)

Ashton and parsons (who make the teething powder) also do a nappy cream that’s in a spray bottle and it’s a godsend. Nothing was working for my LO and she had nappy rash from teething and it worked a treat x

Neals yard barrier cream!! Clears after first or second application. Also specifies it’s good for newbornswe haven’t had to use anything else!

Baby barrier cream from Neals yard. It’s amazing! Used for both my kids, clears it up so quickly!

Bepanthen works like a bomb. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much everyone x

Castor oil and zinc from Amazon - we also don't use wipes only cotton pads and water

Weleda nappy cream is the only thing that works for my little girl x

Weleda Baby Calendula nappy cream 😍👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
The best ever.
Clean your LO's bum after each nappy change with a soft muslin cloth and warm water only , let dry completely, then put on the nappy cream (even after pee only).
Try to change the nappy as often as possible and repeat the process.
With the Weleda Calendula cream the nappy rash improves within hours. After one day the redness always disappeared.
I tried other creams before but this one is the best

Weleda 100% !!

Weleda is brilliant. Vaseline or sudocrem works well as a barrier but won’t necessarily heal the nappy rash that is already there
