Yesterday I drank 3 cups of raspberry leaf tea at different times of the day. Later I started feeling really big, strong movements from my baby, and since it’s my first pregnancy I got a bit worried that it might mean labor could start early.
Has anyone else experienced stronger baby movements after drinking raspberry leaf tea? Did it make a difference for you?
I’m planning to cut back to just 1 cup a day, but I’d love to hear your experiences and advice.
Thank you 💕

No, RRLT doesn't induce labor. If you added a sweetener or just ate that could have been a reason. Or your position, babies position, baby is bigger now so kicks are stronger...

I second what shared
I’ve also been told it’s important to start slow 1/2 cup to 1 cup and gradually increase to get up to 3 per day by 37 weeks. Thankfully with it not inducing labor you can take it slow. There’s capsules too I think if the tea doesn’t work for you.
RRLT should help us with uterine tone & strength, shorten labor duration, can reduce interventions, and it’s super rich in nutrients. So it’s generally safe for pregnancies.
I really like it personally and this is the brand I drink:

They have individual tea bags and loose leaf tea 🫖☕️
