I'm 10 months pp and have really started to take weight loss seriously the last week/10 days and have managed to shift a shocking 6lb?! I have smart scales which tells you your body composition and everything is shifting apart from the tummy fat. It's the thing I'm most self conscious about. It's a very prominent shelf.... I had a relatively flat tummy prior to pregnancy.
I'm starting fitness classes on Fridays and Pilates on Mondays but is there any exercises to do at home to reduce the pouch? I've a few dumbbells and bar weights at home up to 50kg.

I have been doing workouts with a lady on utube called 'Grow with Jo.' I have noticed that my tummy is flatter since doing her workouts. Most of my fat sits around my tummy as well. My tummy isnt completely flat but it's better than it was before. Plus I have been taking these probiotic pills called optibac which helps with bloated stomachs. Its really helped as well.

Deep core exercises 🙌🏼 Pilates is great for it. Also diet and lots of water 😊
