My toddler (just turned 2) is on his 4th soft/runny poop of the day 🤦🏻♀️he is well in himself and happily eating all his usual foods (anything and everything) but obviously has some kind of upset tummy as this isn't usual for him.
Any ideas of what I could do for dinner that might help settle it?

My son has had this for about a week now!

Things like bread no butter nothing soak up anything in the stomach. My mum always swore by bread and black tea it really works

My boy often gets stomach bugs from nursery (never vomiting it always comes out the other way 😅), when he does I give him nothing other than:
- Plain boiled pasta or rice, usually you’d stay away from dairy but I add a little butter (does no harm) and cheese (hard/aged cheese like parmesan not creamy cheeses like cheddar) to make it yummier or else he won’t eat it, and also for calcium!
- Bread/toast
- Bananas
That usually gets him better for the next day! Other than that, anything plain/starchy will help, lots of water and try not to use additional salt as that could contribute to dehydration.
I hope he gets better soon!
