Sitting ?

Mine just started on her own! But I do think what help is her boppi, and alittle table toy to distract her. Or we would switch it for one of her teething/ an empty water bottle. Anything to keep her distracted from the thought of her sitting lol

I sit with my son in between my legs and my legs shaped like a V with a toy in front of him to reach to and play with. He doesn’t stay sitting very long by himself but with more practice they will! Every baby goes at their own pace.

Do you have a push walker or a piano? I like to put my baby between my legs (my legs extended in a v shape) then put the push walker in front of her so she’s reaching up and pushing buttons while sitting. Or same thing with that piano.

She has a set me up. She does really good in that too, but the only way she’ll stay in it as if the TV is on .. and while I don’t care if she watches TV, but I’m trying to at least limit it because this girl has a unhealthy obsession with ms rachel ( I swear that’s her real mom ) LMAO

Mine can sit on his own; but doesn’t seem to want to do it himself when offered objects. But I can prop him up.

My little one has been sitting up since five months old I think, she’s seven now. But trust me you’re not missing out as soon as she learned how to sit up she would wake up in the middle of the night, sit up and start crying.
But honestly, my baby girl did not want to crawl or sit up and out of nowhere she started crawling and sitting by herself it just randomly happened one day and that’s it. So you never know maybe your LO will just start sitting today tomorrow. Good luck ❤️
