At what age can my baby start using a Bumbo or floor seat?

My baby just turned 5 months old (22 weeks) and I'm not sure if it's ok for him to start using a floor/bumbo seat. He still needs some support to sit up.

They're generally not recommended at all. I'd just let them practice sitting on the floor.

We started around 5 months for up to 5 mins sitting with us while we were at the table for dinner but didn’t use much other than that until he could sit and then used as a smaller high chair on a table chair at the in-laws
