I was so constipated after giving birth I couldn’t go for almost a week straight, and the first 3 months were excruciating trying. It felt like I was 💩 out shards of glass. I would drink 100ml+ of water everyday, prune juice, stool softener (stopped because it pulls water from your body and can lower milk production), apple sauce, upped my fiber intake, I’ve been working in my pelvic floor muscles, I try not to strain myself, but omg like it’s never ending😭 The worst postpartum symptom for me hands down that I never hear anyone else talk about

Girl same! I'm so backed up and gassy all the freaking time. In the beginning, 💩 was terrifying with my stitches. And now I'm just always annoyed about it.
girlll yes I done got mutilated. I had 3 different tears, 2 going up, and 1 going down—which was a 2nd degree laceration. I was afraid to even wipe 😭

My bidet and peri bottles were my BEST friend.

I ended up with an anal tear 2 months postpartum. Still having to put cream on it at 5 months.
It was excruciating.
