Getting a cold 😩

I’ve been full of cold I’ve been drinking honey and lemon with boiling water, soothers for throat and paracetamol currently got a sickness bug aswell on top and unfortunately nothing to help with that xx

It’s horrible I’ve caught every little bug off my toddler this pregnancy immune system is non existent 🙈 thank u!!❤️❤️

Same got really bad sore throat, I caught flu in April in 1st trimester and was told to avoid any/all medicine possible. So just hot water with lemon 😭 took a while but got rid of it!

Same here. There isn’t anything I can take that will help while 33 weeks.
My usual go to is lockets, lemsip, ginger wine & cough syrup. Can’t take any of those, so just gargling with salt and having hot lemon, ginger & honey but it’s not made any difference yet 🤦‍♀️

I also gag at hot water with lemon, honey etc 😭 just taken a paracetamol for now and eating more because it's nice for my throat 🙈

Honey and lemon, paracetemol and there’s some cough syrups which are ok if you ask the pharmacist x

I had covid in my first pregnancy and took Paracetamol religiously night and day every 4 hours with an alarm. It kept the fever at bay, and the rest of the symptoms were manageable

Honey, lemon and glycerol (basically what baby cough medicine is made from). Paracetamol for headaches and that’s about all you can do really 😣
