Nasal spray, snot sucking tube thing a couple of minutes after the spray (can’t remember technical term 🤣), snufflebabes rub on feet also helps. Steamy room helps also with congestion, so running the shower in the bathroom and sitting in the steamy room for a bit.
We have a humidifier running with just water, seems to help a bit! Snot sucker sometimes too.
