Yup, I feel this! 5pm I felt like I could sleep all night, come to bed about 9:30 and done nothing but toss, turn and get up for a pee. I too have never been a great sleeper but this week has been so bad :( x

😭😭😭 some online are saying your body is also preparing to be more alert for when baby is here.. not sure how true that is

I know it sounds really weird but have you tried sleeping on the sofa? Has really helped in both my pregnancies to sleep on the sofa every now and then. Also incase youve heard the “just wait until baby is here” stuff when you say tou can’t sleep - yes you’ll get little sleep when baby is here but the quality of that sleep is SO much better. You’re not tossing and turning all night, the restless legs and heartburn are gone, the insomnia goes too

I can second the sofa sleep! I woke up night before last at 3:30am and just could not get back to sleep. Gave up about 5am and got up, within a few mins of being on the sofa I fell back asleep and had a rested nap for a couple of hours. When I do have my restless nights I’m definitely going to try it again and hope it wasn’t just a coincidence 😂😂

I find the support from the back of the sofa better so atleast I cannot move around 🤣
