Order of protection - in Georgia

Hello! Has anyone on here had to file an order of protection in the state of Georgia? I am not getting a response from the Family Crisis Center and I’ve tried everywhere local (went to the courthouse, called the Superior Court)and basically told I need the Family Crisis Center or an attorney to move forward. I feel so stuck ☹️

I am not sure why you would need a family crisis center or an attorney. I have seen personal protection order cases on YouTube and the people represent themselves.
