Court Hearing

Hi ladies!! Anyone have experience with a first court hearing? I have court next week and idk why i’m so nervous. My ex is only taking me to court because in his words he “wants to ruin my life and take my babies from me”. I have enough evidence to lock him up, but i’m still so nervous.. Please share your experience, what actually happens in the courtroom, anything to help me prepare - Please & thank you!! I’m in OK.

If you have what he’s said over text, then you need to provide that to the court. This is post separation abuse. Don’t worry, a man like that will never be able to take your babies away. If you haven’t checked out the influencer ‘legally Nik’ then I would highly recommend doing so, she’s amazing and gives a good run down as to what to expect in court.
