HFMD rash?

We had HFMD last year and it was rather bad. I’m sure he has it now but doesn’t seem to have any blisters on his hands or feet (maybe literally one on his finger) or any ulcers. He does have this itchy rash which I don’t remember from last time (to this extent anyway), and some blister-like patches on his knees and legs (like last time), and some spots on his bum hole.

HFM still or something else??
