What’re we all using? My periods are so heavy I use incontinence pulls up but I’d rather not be 25 years old wearing a nappy for a week every month as they make my outfits look unflattering 🥲 I can’t use normal pads as my skin don’t agree with them. I thought about trying the cups or the disks but is it messy? Cause I’d rather avoid the mess 😅 I also have never use tampons as my mum drummed it into my head about tss and now I’m terrified to 🤣 I’m just curious as to what the majority of women use x

Use TOTM pads. They’re cotton and use heavy flow period underwear they’re so

Tbf, you can get TSS from more than just tampons..
Have you tired different pad brands? After many years of dreading pads, I then realised it was just 'Always' pads that don't agree with my skin. I've had far less issues since changing to Lil-lets.
Also had heavy periods for many years, since having LO, I now actually use the Lil-lets maternity pads on my heavy days 🤣
kinda felt in the past that pads just weren't cutting it, so used tampons and pads together, turned out I just needed industrial sized pads to keep up with the flow 🤣🤣
