I quit about 5 years before I got pregnant but I smoked cigarettes every day. To quit I went on a course called Allen carr’s easyway. Absolutely changed my life!

I vaped whilst pregnant too as the midwife said it was fine also, I started to feel such bad guilt like you when baba was 2 months so I got the nic quit stuff and quit straight away but I didn’t find it helped atall, I didn’t try the sprays I think bi their suppose to be quite good for vapers! But instead I continued vaping but used a 0% liquid and honestly I don’t even notice the difference and feel so much better for it and I still vape here and there in the day like literally a couple times but that’s it! Maybe try that and have the Nic quit sprays for when your really struggling if you do and just have 1 spray, push through because it’s more the dependency type thing than addiction x

I vape and did through pregnancy , the midwife classed me as a none smoker . They told me the worst thing in a vape is the nicotine which isn’t even the things that affects your baby it’s the carbon monoxide (which is in cigarettes ) they told me that if I was to quit and be unhappy and stressed that would be worse than vaping all together x

No judgement here at all because I vape myself and I'm trying to quit again because I stopped throughout my pregnancy so if I can do it to protect my baby then I'm thinking surely I can do it again to protect myself, but I never understand why midwifes so it's OK to vape during pregnancy It's ludicrous

I was really addicted to vaping but quit about 2 weeks after after finding out I was pregnant. Before vaping I smoked and could never quit as I was so addictive to nicotine but pregnancy was my motivation. You can do it if you really put your mind to it.

Just a warning though and I didn’t realise this myself but it’s really not recommended to bed share at all if you vape as risk of SIDs massively increases.

Honestly, you should feel guilty. I don’t mean that to be rude, but you exposed your child to nicotine and all of the nasty stuff in a vape whole pregnant and now. It’s not healthy for you or baby. Use that feeling to make a change.

I have a voucher code which can get 50% off last 2 sessions with the guy who helped me quit. They are in Manchester and West Yorkshire if you’re interested? Xx
