Shettle’s method .. ?

Tried this for a girl after having two boys. But wasn’t getting pregnant so we said screw it and just did whatever and ended up with a girl anyways.

I think it kind of worked for me. Also look up the baby dust method - I read the book and found it useful. I also believe diet has a huge impact - think it's sodium and potassium for boys and magnesium and calcium for girls. I've also read that women consuming less calories (and specifically no breakfast) make girls. I was doing intermittent fasting when I made my daughter. I wasn't trying either way with my son but now I look back I conceived on ovulation day and was eating "boy foods" - potatoes, tomatoes and bananas like every day.

Never heard of the baby dust method! I wish I had tried one of these but we weren’t trying to get pregnant quite yet.. so here we go… at the will of the gods haha
