My baby is 6 months old next week,
She started solids a couple weeks ago and I’ve noticed the past few days She’s constipated, when she’s gone for a poo it’s been a tiny little ball, that’s been like that for three days,
Is there anything I can do or give her to help her?

If the poo is a solid ball, maybe you're giving too much solids and not enough milk? I think by this stage they shouldn't be dropping any milk feed because of the solids. Other things you could try is to give her prune puree or giving small amounts of water with solid feeds (I offer him 30 ml each meal). If it's been 5 or more days without a poo, I'd probably call 111 or your GP.
I’ve been giving her usual milk every day and she’s only been having two spoonfuls of solid food, she’s not even finishing the bowl yet, so I don’t think that’s the case, I also haven’t dropped a feed I was just saying I started solids couple weeks ago, never said I dropped out milk for solids she only on one meal a day still and I also always give her water during her meal she drinks loads of it.

It can be normal for them to be constipated for a little bit until their digestive system gets used to the food.
To try help things along, you can try the Ps - prune, pear or peas.
Going to try prunes today, if that don’t work I’ll call the doctors tomorrow,
Thank you!

Prunes helped my boy. No avoiding constipation unfortunately it’s just their tummies adjusting x
