What indoor/outdoor activities/outings are you doing with your 1.5 year olds? I have a boy who’s VERY active. He loves cars, going on walks anywhere, playing at parks, music, dancing etc. I do a lot of play pretend games with him and read to him also but sometimes I run out of ideas or have no energy left. Any ideas help.

Girl my son is the same! He's 16 months right now and is always on the move. This is what we do:
Outdoor: parks, zoo, aquariums, museums, and walking anywhere really like around the neighborhood. Hes learning to climb so I let him climb as much as he can with me nearby.
Indoor: art, cleaning (he loves dusting and sweeping), putting things away (he has a knack for putting all my straws away), and reading. We do watch movies together hes allowed 1 movie a day after nap time.
Mainly my little dude just eats all day 🤣

Sounds like you're doing a lot already☺️For inside, we have an off brand nugget couch that both of my boys LOVE! (age 14m and 3yr). I will build obstacle courses out of it and let them run it, they get a lot of energy out that way. I found mine off fb marketplace for $40 and see them on there all the time in my area. Your son is also at the perfect age to get him involved in every task YOU do. Starting and switching laundry, cooking, picking up and putting things away, you can get a little cleaning set to have him sweep or vacuum along side you or have him hold the dust pan. Kids love to be involved! Especially if you compliment them on "being a good helper"

We also have a couch like suggested and it has been our sons favorite! We do "mountains" for him to climb over and a tunnel and he loves it! My kiddo also loves stairs lol so when it's too hot or cold for outside I let him practice going up and down them to get energy out.
I'm in MT so we don't have a lot but we do have a play cafe and he loves it there!
We also do Montessori at home and he has just hit the age where he is a little scientist and is doing real lessons! Highly suggest that!
He has been loving:
-water pouring
-opening and closing containers
-any object permanence activity
-cleaning windows 😂
