What’s the best way to start baby led weaning, I started it a couple of weeks ago then stopped because I was so anxious but I want to start again so I can make more meals interesting instead of just purees all the time,
What’s the best food/easiest to start with?
Also when they shove it in their mouth and there’s loads in do I just let her deal with it in her own way or try take it out, last time she shoved some broccoli in her mouth and I panicked and took it out (I’m a worrier😩)

I’m on to my second and doesn’t make it easier but I do encourage blw the gag reflex is nearer the front of the mouth the younger they are so don’t let gagging put you off. It’s important for baby to learn their limits. Don’t put your finger in might push food down.
