Head down?

Anyone else been told baby is head down and engaged at 33 weeks?
I’m worried about baby coming early, do you think he’ll stay in another 3-4 weeks?

I was told at 29W that baby was head down and has been since! Baby will come when they’re ready to come, don’t panic yourself x

My first born was head down at 28 weeks and stayed that way until he was born at 40+1 weeks x

Babies are usually head down around this time, been told. Engagement range is between 0-1/5 to 5/5 , you may want to check what it is in your notes - 5/5 means not engaged and 0-1/5 means fully engaged. As Aimee said, no need to worry, baby will come when baby is ready to come ❤️

How many weeks are you? I’m so terrified if baby coming early lol

Head down doesn't really mean much to be honest. Babies can be head down for months and still be 'late' or baby can be breech at 38 weeks be head down the day after and be born lol x

My previous was head down 20 plus weeks. And was still overdue 42 weeks head to be induced. Head down doesn’t mean baby will early then they suppose too

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Baby names

My daughter‘s name is valentýna and I’m struggling to find other nice girl and boy names beginning with V I’ve got a few and I’ve got loads that aren’t beginning with V, but I feel like I wanna go for all vs and I also love girl and boys names that match so because my daughter’s name is valentýna I would love to call my son Valentino my husband does not agree 😃

Induction or c section?

As a last resort, would you rather be induced or have a planned c section?

Really not liking the thought of being induced from people’s experiences I’ve read!

Almost 37 weeks + told to do another growth scan

I just had my second to last doctor’s appointment this morning, and my OB told me she wants me to do another growth scan because my belly is measuring small. She says it’s probably just because I’m a smaller woman, but they like to be safe. It’s hard to hear though, since I just did one a couple months ago.

I did this with my firstborn around this time of pregnancy, so I do think I just carry smaller (even though I don’t feel like I look “small” at all). My first baby was 6lbs 15oz when she was born at 41 weeks + 2 days. I’m having this baby at 39 weeks on April 7. I hope she’s still at least 6lbs.

Anyone have any stories similar to this?
