My lower back/top of bum cheek (very similar to sciatica) is killlling me at night at the moment. getting off the sofa it hurts to walk I have to hobble a step n then stand still to catch my breath from the pain, then canāt get comfortable in bed. Obvs only thing we can take is paracetamol which doesnāt ever feel like it touches the side!! - anyone else ? What do you do?

I strongly recommend seeing a good osteopath. It helped me loads. x

Iāve got a pregnancy pillow, and have baths etc Iāll have to ring my midwife see if she can refer me asap! - thanks!š„°

When I had pelvic girdle pain in previous pregnancy the physio said not to use the pregnancy pillows as makes you hunch forwards. She said itās better to have a pillow between your thighs/knees so pelvis stays straight (I find a thinner pillow best) and then one in front of your bump to add support and kind of support the shoulder of the top arm.
I also found hot water bottle/heat helped and a little massager thing that was about a fiver with 3 prongs and used it around hip/bum/thigh area. There are other tips for posture if you google pelvic girdle pain management, assuming itās that x
