When was the last time you checked your pantry, fridge or freezer for items you meant to eat or cook but never did?

Maybe you started a Keto diet and then ended with an extra supply of high protein foods.

Please consider a quick kitchen purge to give your local food bank in need a splurge.

and if you can, try to throw in some that don’t need to be kept cold or cooked. many of our friends who need food banks also don’t have refrigerators and cooking appliances ❤️
