Wow this group has grown!

I started this group a few years ago when I was suffering peri anxiety and worrying about becoming an empy nester. Fast forward to this year and I have moved from London to Newark UK. Menopause has hit and back has come the anxiety. Missing my two eldest children who are 3 hrs away and struggling to meet new people locally because of the anxiety. So I am back on here on the group I started to try and meet new people and start to feel normal again and find out who I am now without doing everything for a family! Anyone who'd like to chat I can't see waves but please message
