Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out because I’ve been feeling quite unwell and could use some advice or similar experiences.
Around June, I had my thyroid checked, and my T3 and T4 levels were within normal range. However, my TSH was at 0.28. My doctor recommended waiting 12 weeks, as these levels can fluctuate.
Over the past few months, I’ve been feeling extremely tired, constantly dizzy, and have had no motivation or energy. My heart rate has been consistently elevated, usually around 95–100 bpm, and sometimes even up to 125 bpm. This has been ongoing for the past five months.
We recently tested my thyroid again, and while my T3 and T4 remain normal, my TSH dropped to <0.01.
I’m concerned about what this might mean. Has anyone else experienced something similar? My doctor hasn’t booked an appointment yet, and I’m feeling a bit pushed aside, so I’d really appreciate hearing from others who might have gone through something similar.

I take levothyroxine for hypothyroidism, but earlier this year my TSH was .01, so my doctor recommended to stop taking my medication. We retested 8 weeks later and it was very elevated at 12.9. So we slowly increased my dosage. My doctor said TSH does fluctuate a lot, but I’d see if yours recommends any medication maybe?
