What is this?

My daughter has some of these style rashes every now & then and hers is eczema. Sudacrem works wonders, but if it looks worse occasionally need a tiny bit of steroid cream x

My little boy had these patches on his legs, tummy and back. I found sudacrem works but coconut oil completely cleared up his back which was really bad. I was bathing him every night so I’ve now started just bathing a couple of times a week with just water and a little bit of breast milk.
