Baby teeth

My little girl has 4 teeth at the top and 4 teeth at the bottom and 1 tooth has started to come out at the top right a larger tooth, does anyone know wether they are supposed to come out in the roof of their mouth also? It looks quite big and not sure wether it looks right? Any one had this or any ideas

Can you attach a picture? It’s not a molar?

We have had all 4 molars for a while and I still think they look strange compared to his tiny front teeth. Attach a photo if you can get one but our molars look so much bigger!

Yeah she has to big teeth either side at the top coming through, but she is also full of the flu and cough.

Any suggestions to help with this? I have got bonjela and ashtons powder xx
