Stress/tension release

What does everyone do to realise tension and stress?

I find I’m always stressed or tense over stuff that I don’t need to be! I want to find healthy ways to relax and learn to be less stressed.
Obviously as a mum of 2 and having a partner being completely stress free isn’t going to happen😂 however I would like to find better ways to manage my stress that builds up to being overwhelmed and angry

What helped me was strength training. Sounds counter intuitive, but tensing your muscles during a work out actually releases the stress tension!

Sleep! But also I alternate between 10 min meditation, and 10 minute journaling every day. Also regular walking and yoga. I do at home yoga with Adrien mischler on YouTube

Sometimes I just open the window and breathe in some air! And sometimes I will hug my partner I’m not a huggy person but this does help! X
