My little one is now 14 months but still hasn’t got any teeth. She’s not really showing any signs of teething either. I’ve tried to look for local dentists around me but none of them are paediatric dentists that specialise in babies - specially with no teeth. She has slight white raised bumps on her gums - is this a sign of teeth cutting through? Any advice would be massively appreciated please, what should I do?

My little boys gums all went white when he started teething. Have you tried pushing a glass against her gums gently to see if you can see the teeth there? Is she slavering a lot? That’s a huge sign whenever my little boys been teething too, our dentist just literally made my boy smile to check his gums and that was it. I’m pretty sure it’s normal though to get to this age and still not cut teeth! I wouldn’t worry about it, I know it’s easier said than done! I’m kinda jealous🤣 my boy has 16 teeth now and Jesus it’s been rough 🤣 x

Teething is expected up to 18 months. My little girl didn’t get any teeth till she was 13 months and only has two. Totally get your concern but your baby is still totally within normal range.
The white on the gums was what we saw before teeth popped out xx

My daughter didn’t get any teeth till about 14 months and then they literally came one after the other with little break in between

My daughter same born 23rd Sep , no teeth yet but showing top same bumps last 6 weeks or so (strange order 😂) but now slightly showing cutting teeth just this past week.
