Chlorophyll & Seamoss

Prior to pregnancy I usually consume liquid chlorophyll and seamoss(gel, gummies, electrolytes). Do you have any insight as to if it is safe to still consume during pregnancy? I have asked the doctors during prenatal visits, but of course they don’t have any knowledge of it or if it’s safe or not since there’s no real studies on it during pregnancy.

Seamoss is a natural supplement with over 92 vitamins & minerals so its great for you & baby but I personally wouldn’t take Chlorophyll during pregnancy.

Right now your main concern should be taking folate/pre-natal vitamins for the babies development & your iron/ferritin levels for your blood strength. Many kids have autism/ADHD bc their mother was low in folate & B12 while carrying them. Lack of folate & B12 affects the childs neurological health. And many women are anemic but have no idea. They give birth, losing even more blood & the child ends up being anemic too. The doctors wont tell you any of this smh. You don’t want any of these things so get your labs checked. Good luck!
