Definitely struggling 😭 i have an 8week old and i hardly go out. Last time i went on a walk by myself with babygirl in a sling i ended up giving myself back pains😂 but try go on a daily walk maybe if your babies dad is at home while baby naps

Hi Ruken, have you asked for some help on adjusting your sling? It may well be that an adjustment means it doesn't hurt to take your baby girl out for a walk. I found a local sling consultant via FB - she helped me tweak mine, and it made such a difference!

Im in uk as well It's so dark after 4pm 😫 I've added pram lights red and white lights that I bought from Amazon a set of 4 and they help on my walk to Nursery. It can be so dark and dreary on way back home. My daughter loves the lights ✨️ helps us.
