Had my first period after giving birth at 6 months pp while EBF, my next one should be due 5 days ago but hasn’t come, is this normal?? My nipples feel really sore like my period is due and I’ve been having light cramps like it’s coming but this is how I found out I was pregnant so I’m shitting myself even though we’ve not had unprotected sex 😂

It can be normal to have irregular periods when they first start back, but it’s worth taking a test anyway x
Lol totally normal I got one 6m pp and didn’t get another one till he turned 1 literally the day before his first bday. I still exclusively breastfeed and he’s 15m it’s been coming every month since a few days off though
