Christmas stress

I feel like a horrible mum. I’ve had to have a few weeks off of work due to my family getting the flu at different times. I’ve drained my savings keeping up with rent whilst out of work, I had saved this money all year for Christmas. I’m not going to be able to afford Christmas presents for my babies this year. I’m struggling at the moment and it just feels like it’s one thing after the other.

I am on a pension living f/night to f/night and upkeeping a mortgage after divorce.. I geddit. Sorry you're stressin mama. How old are your babies?

Awe beautiful little ones. What about family can they pitch in to lighten the load? I think all us mums beat ourselves up worrying about this stuff and it doesn't need to be a competition either. What about little things from the cheap dollar stores etc?

For my kid's first 2 Christmases, I got them things from op shops. They are too little to know the difference. Keep an eye on marketplace, or your local hand me down groups.
