Personally, I’ve lost count. I thought maybe it’d just be the first trimester but I’m still struggling and taking a day off sick now and again
I’ve tried spreading AL out and using quite a bit to make things more manageable but I still end up taking time off because I’m just struggling so much physically since being pregnant
Is it just me? I feel like I’m letting my team down at work, but I know I need to do what’s right for me and baby…

I found eating regularly really helpful to stop me from feeling sick, including if I woke up during the night. Keeping myself well hydrated.
I had some time off with pelvic girdle pain but finding if I keep moving and using the pregnancy ball eases the discomfort.
Trying to rest aswell if tired not pushing myself too much. Taking prenatal regularly, in addition taking calcium/vitamin d, magnesium and omega 3...

I’m 22 weeks now and this is the first week I’ve called in sick because I have a cold. Rest of the other time I would sleep at work for about 2 hours a day and it really helped.

I’m in and out of work like a yoyo, back to back colds/sickness bugs/etc pregnancy is just killing me off. I feel bad being in and out of work but I just can’t physically cope with it all at the moment

it is a huge change on your body, especially as a FTM you never know what is or isnt expected. Be kind to yourself, you are growing another human being who is taking everything it needs from you.

I've been on sick leave since August. I have Hyperemesis. Thinking of going back to work December as i feel a bit better
