Nappy rash
My daughter got up yesterday morning with really bad nappy rash😩 luckily she’s never had it before as we’ve put cream on as soon as we saw redness and it sorted it. Shes got it really bad though with sores and I just want it gone asap for her. As she’s never had it before I’m not really sure what to do to help. So far I’m changing her nappy more often than normal, she had longer in the bath last night so had a longer break from wearing a nappy and I’ve bought sudosalve to put on but nothing has improved. Is there anything else I can do?

Could try some other creams to see if it'll help? Could try sudocrem since that's a thick cream, bepanthom sorry I can't spell them 😂 also just keep doing what you're doing. When you're also changing her make sure her skin is dry before applying the cream otherwise it slides off, I just learnt this recently
