my little one has a chest infection and also a high temp of 38.8 we have followed advice of calpole and everything, but what does everyone put there little ones to sleep in when they have a higher temp please x

I normally just do one layer less, so take off a vest
Id avoid the vest and just opt for pj's and a blanket they can kick off if needed
