Do you have an order for child support with the courts? If not, then you need to get one. If you do, then you need to find out how you enforce the child support order. Google is a good place to start.

i never recommend courts route especially with someone as inconsistent and noncompliant like him.

this will bring on visitation rights, establish 50/50 custody, any and all moves have to be considered by the court. now you have this man not only not helping but also rubbing your life

i’ve lived it for 10 years now i don’t need anyone telling me otherwise it’s called judicial abuse and it’s possible and works. men learn the lines and they walk them finely

Go to the child maintenence service, its pretty straight forward, google them and give them call. Just what your entitled to from him. Too many "men" avoiding their responsibilities and not paying for children..

Asked for money again today so I could get christmas presents and he said no once again -- seriously I will be ringing tomorrow although I suspect he will wriggle his way out of it ,!!
