3rd Trimester Sleep and Unisom

Like everyone else in their 3rd trimester, I’ve had trouble sleeping. Has anyone else tried unisom and if so, do you feel guilty? Lol help!

My doctor said unisom is safe for pregnancy. I use it all the time.

You could try magnesium supplements? I’m also in my third trimester. Sorry I haven’t tried unison. :(

I took Unisom almost every night of my 1st trimester with my 1st baby and it stopped working. Unisom is safe, I would just not take it everyday

I have insomnia the first trimester this time and last time but I don’t trust the unisom, I never heard of it last pregnancy and when I took it I was tired all day( i have a 2 year old so I cannot afford to sleep all day) I would try sleep spray on the sheets

I’m In my 3rd and I took half a tablet 2days ago, but if you need to take a whole tablet you may do so…unisom is safe during pregnancy just avoid taking everyday

Anxiety with the bump.

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and I’ve suddenly developed a massive anxiety around anyone standing behind me. My husband is annoying me so much because even though I’ve told him how it makes me feel, he’s continued doing stuff in our kitchen (that is tiny anyway) and sliding past me to grab things. I know the baby is safe even if I were to bump the bump a little but even the thought of it is still making extremely anxious. How do I cope with this feeling and is anyone else going through the same sort of thing?

Please be nice as I have anxiety…

So I’m 20 weeks pregnant and I went to the hospital for light bleeding when I wipe ( not ever time though).. the doctor told me it was due to sex and that my cervix was irritated has anyone else experienced this? And or know way to just calm my anxiety from it

Breathless and feeling like I need to be sitting constantly!

Has anyone else been feeling this way as they're getting closer to their due date?

I attempted to change our bedding this evening and had to call my husband for back up as I literally felt like my lungs were going to explode just trying to reach over to put the sheet on.

I'm huffing and puffing just getting my toddler into his pjs, and I was sat down! Like what is going on 😮‍💨🥲

Everything has been check ie bloods etc so I think it's just general pregnancy as I'm now 38 weeks. My bump feels like it weighs about 100lbs 😭
