As someone who comes from a west african background, but who also has mixed family, culture and upbringing. My food is often diverse. As my daughter is half Colombian I also try and make sure she eats a mixture of African and Colombian foods.
So for this festive season our plates π½ will look like ;
Jollof rice, fried rice, Empandas, Plantain, jerk chicken, Moi Moi, Puff Puff, roast vegetables, stuffing, gravy, mint sauce, suya gizzard, roast potatoes, meat pies, spring rolls etc.
And what ever else I have the energy to put together ππ₯³ππ
