I wish someone would have told me how to care for my post partum body and mind. Ways or things to eat, things to do, how to slowly start feeling like myself again. Currently pregnant with my third and still don’t know. I had post partum depression after my last 2 pregnancies and just felt gross and not like myself. Had zero clue how to help myself

Being more careful about my digestion, drinking enough water, pelvic floor exercises and eating to keep my iron up.

Meals meals and meals

Drink alot of water like 3 litres a day

Generally more community care, meals for mama, massage, rest, good nourishment, having someone to share the mental load with not just physical.
