Dribble rash

Any products you found work well for dribble rash? My girls has got quite bad on he chin and hands, I think the cold weather has made it worse

I use coconut oil

We used my expert midwife dribble defence for protecting her whilst she was awake dribbling and we put an e45 cream on her for naps and nighttime to help heal it. It cleared it up in a couple of weeks as it was pretty bad too

Sorry I haven’t got any recommendations, however I always thought my 3 year old suffered with dribble rash however I took her to the doctors as she got older and turned out to be excema so maybe think about taking her if it persists. I had such bad mum guilt🤦🏼‍♀️

Also has she been poorly? It could be hand foot and mouth if it’s also on her hands? We’re just coming out of the trenches with it x
